Briefly describe your job description and your own experience of industrial products
I work at TECA as sales manager for Western Finland, responsible for resellers and OEMs, and for the development of TECA's reseller networks. I have worked in various sales positions with over 10 years of experience in the industry, of which about five years have been in technical sales.
Have you noticed any interesting trends in the industry?
Demand for e-commerce has increased from the dealers' side to wholesalers so that the end-user can immediately be informed about the availability of products. In addition, online retailers in wholesale trade change the structure of the industry, which has already been seen on the consumer side.
The price competition is fierce, so after sales services and the availability and know-how of technical salespeople will be of great importance
